Gaspary Digital
The site behind my freelance practice. A business that sells web development cannot afford a slow or invisible site, so this one became the testing ground for everything I later apply with clients.

The problem
Most small businesses in Lima approach a developer without knowing what they are buying: they do not distinguish between a site that exists and a site that appears when someone searches for what they sell. The site had to do two things at once — attract enquiries, and demonstrate by being the example itself what the difference is.
How I solved it
Static HTML, no framework and no CMS. That is not an aesthetic position: a five-page site does not need a build layer, and removing it eliminates maintenance, security updates and the load time a CMS drags along. The copy is written in Peruvian informal Spanish, with prices visible and the process laid out in four steps, because the real client objection is not technical — it is uncertainty about cost and timeline.
The decision that defines the project
I optimised the site not only for Google but for generative engines. When someone asks
an AI assistant for a developer in Lima, the answer is assembled from content the model
can read and cite: schema.org structured data, areaServed covering the
regions I serve, and pages that answer concrete questions instead of describing services
in the abstract. It is a bet on how people will look for suppliers over the next few
years.
How it is built
- Hand-written HTML and CSS, no framework and no build step
- Schema.org structured data, including geographic service coverage
- Open Graph tags, canonical URLs and indexing control
- Blog articles aimed at the questions clients actually search for
- Direct WhatsApp contact, the channel the local market genuinely uses
